Since a large portion of our inventory consists of personalized, custom-made, and precision-engineered products, our return policy varies depending on the type of item purchased.

To make our policies clear, we divide our inventory into two primary rules:

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Crucial for Fragile & Custom Items)

Because we ship premium, highly fragile items like custom neon signs, acrylic photo frames, and laser-cut LED lamps, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video to process any claims for transit damage, missing parts, or incorrect items.

⚠️ Important: The unboxing video must clearly show the courier shipping label, the completely sealed outer box, and the uninterrupted process of opening the package and inspecting the item. Failure to provide a valid unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery will void eligibility for a free replacement.

3. Detailed Return & Exchange Policies

A. For Standard (Non-Customized) Products

If you are unhappy with a standard product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition you received it.

  • It must be kept in its original retail packaging with all accessories, cables, manuals, and tags intact.

  • Return Shipping Charges: Unless the item sent was wrong or defective, the customer is responsible for booking and paying for return shipping to our Delhi warehouse.

B. For Customized & Personalized Products

Every personalized item is uniquely crafted using precision laser-cutting, UV printing, sublimation, or hand-assembly tailored explicitly to your specifications (names, photos, logos).

  • No Buyer’s Remorse Returns: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, no longer need the item, or dislike the design layouts you previously approved.

  • Spelling/Design Errors: We manufacture strictly based on the text, files, and graphics you upload. We are not liable for user typos, low-resolution images, or design choice errors made by the customer during the ordering process.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Orders: You may cancel an order for a standard product at any time before it is dispatched from our facility. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow the standard return process.

  • Customized/B2B Printing Orders: Production often begins quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a cancellation within 1 hourof placing your order. Once our design team processes your files, or the material goes into the laser-cut or printing machines, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

If we made a mistake (sent the wrong item, completely misspelled a name against your input) or if your package was broken in transit:

  2. Provide your Order Number and attach the Mandatory Unboxing Video along with clear photographs of the defect.

  3. Once reviewed and verified by our Delhi quality assurance team, we will manufacture and ship a brand-new replacement at absolutely zero extra cost to you.

  4. If a replacement for that specific item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is officially approved by our team (either due to a cancelled eligible order or a successfully returned standard item):

  • The refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).

  • For security and compliance, we do not issue cash refunds or refunds to third-party bank accounts.

  • Timeline: Refunds generally reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution’s processing cycles.
